Pay your parking fine

If you have been issued with a parking fine, or ‘Penalty Charge Notice’ (PCN), you can pay it on our pay your penalty charge notice form. You will need your vehicle registration and PCN number.

You can also pay:

  • over the phone, by debit or credit card, on 01472 326290 option 2 (available hours Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm)
  • on our automated telephone system, by debit or credit card, on 01472 326222 (available 24 hours a day)
  • at an All pay outlet (for example local post office) where you will need the barcode from your penalty notice

To pay or challenge your fine you will need your PCN number and vehicle registration.

Challenge your parking fine

You can view evidence and appeal your parking fine, or Penalty Charge Notice, on our challenge your penalty charge notice form.

Should you not wish to submit your challenge using the online form you may also send your challenge in the post to Parking Services, PO Box 493, Grimsby, DN31 1HU. Please allow sufficient time for any correspondence to reach us within the permitted time frames as stipulated on the PCN.

Please note, once we are in receipt of a challenge the case will be placed on hold until considered and a response sent out in the post.

If you do nothing, your charge will increase.
