LOW ROAD, HEALING
(TEMPORARY ‘NO WAITING AT ANY TIME’ – TTRO 20-146) ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council have made, an
Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from waiting on the section of highway
below:
Low Road, Healing
- Southwest kerbline: From the junction of B1210 Great Coates Road to a point 125 metres
north west of its junction with B1210 Great Coates Road - Southwest kerbline: From its junction with Wisteria Drive to a point 25 metres southeast of
its junction with Wisteria Drive. - Northeast kerbline: From its junction with Station Road to a point 25 metres southeast
of its junction with Station Road.
The waiting restrictions are required to remove the significant road safety risks observed at these
locations by prohibiting vehicles parking on the above sections of Low Road.
The Order will come into operation on Tuesday 8 December 2020, and will continue in force
for a period not exceeding eighteen months unless extended for a further period by the
Secretary of State for Transport.
