ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)(a)
ELEANOR STREET, GRIMSBY – FOOTWAY CLOSURE
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC – TTRO 22-076) ORDER 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council have made, an Order, the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any pedestrian from PROCEEDING along the below sections of highway:
- A section of ELEANOR STREET FOOTWAY (NORTH SIDE) – Part Length from a point adjacent to the eastern property boundary of No.5 ELEANOR STREET to a point adjacent to the western property boundary of No. 15 ELEANOR STREET, a distance of 60 metres.
Alternative route: Southern footway
This temporary prohibition is required in order to safeguard members of the public against the risk of harm posed by a hazardous building / site adjacent to the highway.
The Order will come into operation on Monday, 11 July 2022, and will continue in force for a period not exceeding 18 months unless extended for a further period by the Secretary of State for Transport. The closure is expected to remain in place until Wednesday, 10 January 2024.
The dates and times above are correct at the point of print however implementation on site may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Diversion routes will be signposted and published online on One Network and Public notices.
