ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)(a)
HATCLIFFE ROAD, WEST RAVENDALE
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC – TTRO 23-018) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council intends to make, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, an Order, the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle, pedestrian or cycle from PROCEEDING along on the below sections of highway:
A section of HATCLIFFE ROAD- Part length from a point 900 metres from the junction B1203 and THE AVENUE in a northern westerly direction to a point adjacent to the junction boundary of PRIORY FARM, a distance of 95 metres.
Alternative route: HATCLIFFE ROAD, GUNNERBY ROAD, HATCLIFFE ROAD, B1203
(Reverse route applies)
This temporary prohibition is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road by UTILITIES SERVICES. These works are detailed as BT POLING WORKS ON BEHALF OF OPENREACH.
The Order will come into operation on Wednesday, 26 April 2023, and will continue in force for a period not exceeding 18 months unless extended for a further period by the Secretary of State for Transport, or until completion of the works (whichever is the earlier). The closure is expected to remain in place until Friday, 28 April 2023. Definitive dates and times will be notified with on-site advanced warning signs.
The dates and times above are correct at the point of print however implementation on site may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Diversion routes will be signposted and published online on One Network and Public notices.
