NR0008 LITTLE LONDON LEVEL CROSSING, A1173 STALLINGBOROUGH ROAD, IMMINGHAM
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC – TTRO 20-095) ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council intends to make, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from proceeding along the below sections of highway:
OVERNIGHT – A section of A1173 STALLINGBOROUGH ROAD – Part Length from its roundabout junction with B1210 STALLINGBOROUGH ROAD, HEALING to its junction with its roundabout junction with A1173 MATHEW FORD WAY and B1210 STALLINGBROUGH ROAD, IMMINGHAM
Alternative route: B1210 STALLINGBOROUGH ROAD, B1210 HABROUGH ROAD, B1210 STATION ROAD, HABROUGH, B1210 BRIOCKLESBY ROAD, B1211 BROCKLESBY ROAD, A18 BARTON STREET, A1173 RIBY ROAD, A1173 STALLINGBOROUGH ROAD and the reverse.
This temporary prohibition is requited because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road by TMS on behalf of Network Rail. These works are detailed as renewing the circuit controllers at the level crossing.
The Order will come into operation on Monday, 17 August 2020, and will continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months unless extended for a further period by the Secretary of State for Transport, or until completion of the works (whichever is the earlier). The closure is expected to remain in place until Tuesday, 18 August 2020.
