Christmas can be the happiest time of year but it can also bring extra pressure.

And with rising costs and added financial burdens during a time of pandemic recovery, leading NHS mental health services provider NAViGO are keen to reiterate that they are here to offer support.

NAViGO chief executive Simon Beeton said: “It continues to be a difficult time for people and the Christmas and New Year period can put extra pressure on us – all of which can impact our mental health in various ways.

“It’s important to remember you are not alone and our services are available.

“If you or someone you know needs to talk, please remember that as a leading mental health services provider, we are here to help.

“That includes anyone who currently accesses our services or individuals who may need to reach out and talk to someone for the first time.

“We’re experienced in listening to people and are here to support you both in that moment and longer term should you wish.”

Throughout the festive season, NAViGO, as always, are continuing to provide services throughout North East Lincolnshire:
