We have five business centres and two business units located across North East Lincolnshire that are available for a range of commercial needs including workshops, high standard office suits, meeting rooms and conference room facilities.

Alexandra Dock business centre
Alexandra Dock Business Centre hosts 25 managed office suites ranging from 9.6m2 to 39.9m2.
Ideally located on Fisherman’s Wharf, next to the Fishing Heritage Centre and close to Grimsby Town Centre, the Business Centre has a fully serviced reception and professional meeting room facilities to provide a first class business environment.

Cleethorpes business centre
Cleethorpes Business Centre hosts 51 units for office and industrial use ranging from 7.5m2 to 93.2m2.
Located in the centre of Wilton Road Industrial Estate, the business centre is ideally positioned between the towns of Grimsby and Cleethorpes providing an ideal location for businesses serving North East Lincolnshire.
The centre main entrance is open during normal office hours for visitors, there is no manned reception so tenants are responsible for meeting visitors and couriers. Tenants have 24/7 access via a separate security door.

Europarc Innovation Centre
The recently refurbished Innovation Centre hosts 54 modern and high standard offices ranging from 20m2 to 85m2.
Located on Europarc, Grimsby’s flagship business park, the Innovation Centre provides easy access to the A180, an on-site restaurant and impressive conference and meeting room facilities.

The Innovation Centre is able to offer businesses a virtual business package, providing businesses with a professional image but without the dedicated office space.
The package includes:

- Use of photocopier facility (Usage recharged)
- Use of franking machine (Usage recharged)
The virtual business package is available for £50 +VAT per month dependent on your business requirements.

Humber Seafood Institute
The Humber Seafood Institute (HSI) hosts 8 modern and high standard offices ranging from 21.5m2 to 116.1m2
Located in the heart of Grimsby’s flagship business park, Europarc, the HSI is the home to a number of seafood, agriculture and food logistic companies in the region. The centre main entrance is open during normal office hours for visitors, there is no manned reception so tenants are responsible for meeting visitors and couriers. Tenants have 24/7 access via a separate security door.
The Institute also offers meeting rooms, product development kitchens, refrigeration research facilities, chemical and environmental laboratory equipment, process hall and microbiological laboratories.

Immingham business units
Immingham Business Units host six workshops ranging from 28m2 to 48.3m2.
Located on Princess Street, close to Immingham Town Centre, the units are perfectly positioned with easy access to the A180 and close to a number of industrial areas in the South Humber.
Access to the units is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week via a security code access system. The centre benefits from on-site car parking facilities, individual roller shutter doors, shared kitchen and WC facilities and CCTV surveillance.

South Quay Business Units host 11 24m2 workshops located on Grimsby Fish Docks.

Poplar Road Office Suites & workshops
Poplar Road Business Centre is located close to Cleethorpes Town Centre and hosts 22 workshops ranging from 46.5m2 to 280m2 and nine office suites ranging from 10.5m2 to 26.8m2.
Access to the workshops and office suites is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The site is secured via a main access gate and includes on-site parking facilities and CCTV surveillance.
Each workshop includes integrated office space, kitchen and WC facilities, plus high speed fibre broadband internet service is shared via a 30Mbps connection.
