Assisted bin collections

If no one in your household is physically able to put your bin or boxes outside your property you may be eligible for an assisted collection. Assisted collections allows us to empty and return your wheelie bin and recycling boxes from an agreed collection point within your property.

Eligibility

• ill health or a disability which prevents you from being able to present your waste and recycling containers on the boundary of your property
• no other household members over the age of 18 are able to assist
• you must be a resident in North East Lincolnshire

Supporting evidence

• attendance allowance
• disability allowance
• sickness benefits
• medical certificate issued by your doctor
