Assisted collections
If no one in your household is physically able to put your bin outside your property you may be eligible for an assisted collection. Assisted collections allow us to empty and return your wheelie bins from an agreed collection point within your property.
Applications are subject to continual review. There may be occasions where an assisted collection cannot be granted based on location of the property i.e. private access road, distance from adopted highway.
