We have six business centres and two business units located across North East Lincolnshire.

Our business centres and units meet a range of commercial needs and include workshops, high standard offices suites, and  meeting and conference room facilities.

Meeting and conference room hire

A number of business centres also offer conferencing, training suites and meeting room facilities across North East Lincolnshire available for between 5 and 100 delegates.

Virtual business package

The Europarc Innovation Centre is able to offer businesses a virtual business package, providing businesses with a professional image but without the dedicated office space.

The package includes:

• A professional business address
• A secure postage locker for incoming mail
• 24 hour access for mail collections
• Daily postal collections
• Discounted meeting room hire
• Use of photocopier facility (Usage recharged)
• Use of franking machine (Usage recharged)

The virtual business package is available for £50 +VAT per month dependent on your business requirements.
