North East Lincolnshire Dog Control is currently subject to a Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) under the Anti Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act. This supersede any byelaws in place that relate to Dog Control.

The PSPO requirements are currently in place until 19 July 2022. If these requirements change or aren’t renewed, then these Byelaws will take effect again.
