Proposed development at Old Fleet Drain Hobson Way Stallingborough North East Lincolnshire
I give notice that Mr Nigel Priestley Environment Agency is applying to North East Lincolnshire Council, for Planning Permission – Rock revetment repair and reinforcement along a 4.5km section of the Humber Estuary, works to repair, reinstate and enable access to the gravity outfalls at Middle Drain, Oldfleet Drain and Mawmbridge Drain, associated landscape improvements, installation of temporary construction compounds and associated infrastructure
Reference number DM/1071/22/FUL, made on 7th December 2022 and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement at a charge of £150 from the Environment Agency, Ceres House, Searby Road, Lincoln, LN2 4DW, so long as stocks last.
Signatures, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses attached to representations will not be shown on the Council’s web site but your name and address will be displayed. Anonymous representations cannot be taken into account ie if no name and address are supplied. If the application is reported to Planning Committee, interested parties have a limited opportunity to speak at Committee.
