School Admissions Appeal

If you are not offered a place at your preferred school, you will be given the right of appeal against the decision. Information about how to appeal can be found in the documents at the bottom of this page or you can contact the School Admissions Team for further information and advice.

Appeals against ‘in year’ admission decisions will be heard within 30 school days of being lodged, appeals for secondary places for September 2017 will be heard during April and May 2017 and appeals for primary school places for September 2017 will be held during June 2017. It is to be noted that these timescales refer to all appeals organised by North East Lincolnshire Local Authority.
