Advice for people with ill mental-health

The Homelessness Prevention team work closely with Navigo to help find suitable accommodation and prevent you from becoming homeless.

If you’ve been discharged from a mental health placement under a care programme, your mental health caseworker will make a referral to the Homeless Prevention Service for housing support.

If you need to speak to someone about your mental health you can access services via the single point of access on 01472 538 000.

Housing for adults with disabilities

The Homeless Prevention Service work closely with Focus (Adult Social Care) to prevent you from becoming homeless or to find you suitable accommodation. Please ask your social worker for a referral to the team if you require assistance.
