North East Lincolnshire Council has agreed that the fee for the hourly rate for working with the BSR will be £58.92 per hour.

Changes to the submission of applications through the Planning Portal – from April 29 2024

By submitting an application via the Planning Portal you will be charged an administrative fee (by the Planning Portal) which is not part of the Building Control application fee and is not received by the Local Authority. Applications may still be made directly to Building Control in accordance with the agreed local authority charges.
