SUGGITTS LANE, CLEETHORPES
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC – TTRO 23-049) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council intends to make, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, an Order, the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle from PROCEEDING along on the below sections of highway:
A section of SUGGITTS LANE- From the SUGGITTS LANE RAILWAY CROSSING BRIDGE heading in a south westerly direction for a distance of 20 metres.
Alternative route: NO ALTERNATIVE ROUTE.
This temporary prohibition is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road by Story Contracting Limited. These works are detailed as remodelling the existing bollards and kerbing to provide better access for wheelchair users.
The Order will come into operation on Monday, 19 June 2023, and will continue in force for a period not exceeding 18 months unless extended for a further period by the Secretary of State for Transport, or until completion of the works (whichever is the earlier). The closure is expected to remain in place until Friday, 30 June 2023. Definitive dates and times will be notified with on-site advanced warning signs.
