We are currently having problems with Business Rate balances and payments.
Business Rate balances
Business Rates balances are not showing correctly when you pay online or by our telephone payment line. Any payments you have made will have been credited to your account as normal. If you wish to confirm the balance of your account please telephone us on 0300 3030164 option 4, or email email@example.com.
New account payments
There may also a problem with business rates accounts set up after 14 January 2019. If your account started on or after that date you currently will not be able to pay online or on the telephone payment line.
In the meantime you can pay by other methods listed on this page, such as Direct Debit, standing order, Pay point outlet or post office, bank transfer, or telephone us on 0300 3030164 option 4.
