Building regulation applications must be submitted electronically on the Planning Portal.

Fees

Payment can be made by cheque to EQUANS Services Ltd or by card over the phone (01472) 325959.

There is no fee payable to submit a Building Control application through the Planning Portal. Only the normal plan and inspection fee will apply

View submitted applications on by searching keywords, the application reference, postcode or single line of address.
