Building regulations application

Building regulation applications must be submitted electronically on the Planning Portal.

Fees

In relation to high risk buildings only:

North East Lincolnshire Council has agreed that the fee for the hourly rate for working with the BSR will be £58.92 per hour.

Payment can be made by cheque to EQUANS Services Ltd or by card over the phone (01472) 325959.

There is no fee payable to submit a Building Control application through the Planning Portal. Only the normal plan and inspection fee will apply
