This service provides detailed, informal advice on your proposed scheme.

We strongly recommend that you get some advice from us before submitting your application. This lets you find out whether the Council is likely to support your application before you commit to further work and expense. It also means that we can work with you to reduce the likelihood of the need for changes to your proposal once an application has been submitted.

Responses

Once your application has been submitted, an officer will assess your proposal including consulting relevant, internal specialists were applicable. Once concluded, you will receive a detailed, informal written response.
