Apply for a new residents’ parking area

Existing residents’ parking schemes
There are six residents’ parking schemes operating in North East Lincolnshire:
- College Street, Cleethorpes (C 01)
- Oole Road, Cleethorpes (C 02)
- Elm Road / Elm Avenue (C 03)
- Glebe Road (C 04)
- Somerby Street / Fildes Street, Grimsby (H 01)
- Abbey Area (G 01)
All locations are signposted accordingly.
If motorists are found to be parked in contravention of the schemes may be issued with a Penalty Charge Notice.
