Mollie is a student with the Adult Learning Provision at Franklin College, studying lots of different courses including Paediatric First Aid and Level 1 Makaton. Mollie has Special Educational Needs and uses a wheelchair, and wants to work with young people with SEND in the future.

Lithuanian-born Skye Gizaite attended Grimsby Learning Centre and achieved her English functional skills qualification from Entry 3 to Level 2. Now, she can enrol on a Counselling and Psychology course to reach her plans. Staff at the Learning Centre praised Skye for working exceptionally hard and always being cheerful!
Margaret was introduced to Care Plus Group at a local careers event. They recognised her transferrable skills from previous employment in care and supported her in placement at Foresight. Margaret is now in paid employment as a Support Worker!

Evie contacted Care Plus Group to undertake her First Aid at Work training whilst on a gap year. Through discussions with their Employability Services, Evie explored different career paths and found her role as a Support Worker. She is doing very well and has just secured a job as an Employability Job Coach herself!

Lynn is a dedicated learner from Grimsby Learning Centre, who over the last two years Lynn has achieved a Level 1 in Essential Digital Skills, a Level 1 and 2 in English and a Level 1 in Maths and is nowworking on more online courses including Drug Addiction, Understanding Bullying in Children and Education and more.
