COVID-19 update – Blue Badge enforcement

  • In line with government guidance and service impacts on issuing and renewing blue badges, penalty charge notices (PCNs) will not be issued to residents displaying blue badges with an expiry date of 1 January 2020 onwards.
  • The relaxation of enforcement will remain in place until 30 September 2020. Residents needing to renew their badges can apply online and avoid delay
  • Please note – enforcement against other types of blue badge misuse or parking where blue badges are not valid will continue.

Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) and coach parking is available at Grant Street car park, Cleethorpes, DN35 8BD and Burgess Street car park,
Grimsby, DN31 1PB.

Charges are enforced between 8am and 6pm at a cost of £3.
