Sign up and pay for Garden waste collections

Sign up for the 2024/25 garden waste service

You can now sign up for the 2024/25 garden waste collection service by debit or credit card. The service costs £41 per bin and begins from 25 March 2024.

To sign up and pay for the service complete the garden waste form.

Direct debits for the 2024/25 service have closed, but there is an option in the form to sign up for direct debit in future years.

If you are signing up and do not have a garden waste bin, or you need extra bins, then you need to contact our waste hotline on 01472 326288.

Please allow 10 working days for your schedule to be updated and sticker to be delivered.

If you are waiting for a bin to be delivered please get in touch with our waste team for the current delivery timescale.

Collection dates

Crews are given a list of addresses which have paid for the service. You should clearly label the bin with your property number. On your collection day your bin must be outside your property or at the agreed collection point before 7am.

Pay by phone

If you are not able to complete the online form you can call 01472 326288 and select option 3. You will need your debit or credit card.

Post office or PayPoint

Using your barcoded letter you can pay at any Post Office and at more than 90 PayPoint outlets  which is a cash only service (some will accept a debit/credit card).
