Request spending data information
If you would like to know more about our spending, you can request further information by email at [email protected]. For enquiries about payments published in the spending reports, please include the transaction number and month of the payments you are interested in.
Payment of invoices
We receive on average 100,000 invoices each year and has set a target to pay them within 30 calendar days of receipt (excluding disputed invoices). Payments are made twice a week by BACS, which will take 3 working days to reach your account.

Government Procurement Cards
As part of the Local Government Transparency Code, we are required to publish details of all transactions made on a Government Procurement Card. Please note that North East Lincolnshire Council do not and have never used Government Procurement Cards.

Published spending data
As part of our commitment to openness and transparency we publish monthly details of the payments we made to external bodies and suppliers, and all credit notes.
To ensure the privacy of individuals and confidentiality some payments made by the council may not be listed or only provided in part.
In the Local Spending Data we publish there may be multiple lines for each transaction number, this is because the value of an invoice may be allocated to a number of different cost centres and account codes.
